Golden color, intense nose of honey and sweet spices such as cinnamon. The flavor is characterized by quince jam, candied orange, figs and gingerbread. Its vibrant acidity brings out its saline freshness and tonic character with flavors of ginger, cardamom, and clove.
This wine represents Tokaj’s true specialty and is ideal with aged cheese or blue cheese, foie gras macaroons, walnut cakes, Amaretti, chocolate beggars, gingerbread, braised beef and spicy chocolate sauce, Indian dishes.
