2017 Tokaji Sweet Szamorodni
Bright, golden color. Complex nose: chamomile, caramel, prune jam and apricot. Subtle nutty notes are added on the palate. The acidity gives it extraordinary balance, and its length on the palate is impressive.
This long, fine, elegant wine is ideal on its own as an aperitif or in place of dessert, with strong cheese, Läkerli, chocolate mousse, fruit panna cotta, apricot tart.
